Directions to the Farm

Happy Heart Farm is located on the West side of Fort Collins, near the intersection of Overland Trail and Elizabeth Street.

To enter HHF for vegetable distribution on Tuesdays, please enter the fields from W. Plum St. Heading west on Elizabeth, turn North on Kimball Rd. First left is W. Plum St. Go thru the gate and park along the fence or where the parking guide directs. Please be mindful of children and farm equipment.
