Local delicious, free range eggs are provided by Stan Wamhoff. A limited number of shares are available. Priority will be offered to those who subscribed to the egg share this past winter and spring.
The winter egg share will run from November 3, 2011 - March 29, 2012 (22 weeks).
Shares are distributed on Tuesdays from 12-7 pm at Happy Heart Farm.
Also you can recycle your egg cartons by bringing them to the farm.

The meat for the Spring 2011 bulk offering has been sourced from Bear Mountain Bison Ranch and a Native American Cooperative. This meat is not field harvested but is 100% grass-fed.

Jodar Farms is proud to offer all natural and free range chicken, turkey, duck and Cornish game hen.

Our poultry is not simply given access to the outdoors, but is raised outdoors with access to shelter. This allows the birds to get plenty of exercise and fresh air with the opportunity to feed on insects and seeds.
Beginning in 2011 we are excited to offer a limited amount of range fed pork. The pigs are raised outdoors and have access to a straw bale shelter. The pigs have the freedom to roam a full 1 acre of Compost Mountains and pasture.

Our mantra is that we only sell what we grow. If we have a shortage of fruit due to light crops, we will substitute the promised amount, dollar for dollar, with our processed goods or another fruit. You will not be disappointed if we have to supplement an occasional applesauce, jam, dried fruit or fruit butter.

Share includes a seasonal combination of the following: 1 pint of strawberries, 1/2 pint of blackberries and a 1/2 pint of raspberries at a weekly distribution foreight weeks in August and September. This is an estimated total of8 pints of strawberries, 4 pints of blackberries, and 4 pints of raspberries.

Our Mushroom Share is Grown by Hazel Dell Mushrooms, Fort Collins. Available in one pound quantities for six weeks. Mushrooms are an excellent pairing with fall vegetables such as leeks and winter squash for delicious meals! Varieties included are; oyster, trumpet, button, crimini, portabello, shitake. The share consists of a mixture of the above mentioned varieties.

Cresset Community Farm is a biodynamic farm located on the banks of the Big Thompson River, six miles east of Loveland, Colorado, with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. Ursula and Lawrence Holmes have been farming this land for 12 years.Our winter share is intended to feed 2 people and starts out with the abundance of the fall harvest with greens until the first real hard frost. All through February shares include storage and fermented vegetables, a variety we hope you will enjoy as much as we do. We help with recipes in our newsletters.
